ce44 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Introduction

Welcome to ce44. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ce44 online betting and casino platform, accessible at ce44.io and through any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by ce44 and provides online sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and related entertainment services to eligible players in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a ce44 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ce44 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, place a bet, or use any feature of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of ce44 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have previously had a ce44 account closed or suspended for violation of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

ce44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

If ce44 discovers at any time that a player was under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at the time any bet was placed, ce44 will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return any remaining deposited funds (net of any withdrawals already processed) to the payment method originally used, subject to applicable verification procedures.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on the ce44 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Bangladeshi mobile phone number, and a secure password. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ce44 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ce44 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact ce44 support at [email protected] immediately. ce44 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security concern.

ce44 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any existing account, with or without providing specific reasons, where ce44 reasonably determines that registration or continued account operation is not in the interests of the platform, its other players, or compliance requirements.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ce44 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ce44 does not apply currency conversion charges on deposits or withdrawals made in Taka via supported payment methods.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on ce44 is ৳200. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Deposits are credited to your ce44 account balance upon confirmation of payment from the relevant payment provider. ce44 is not responsible for delays attributable to payment providers or third-party financial institutions.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. ce44 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet payments during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ce44 may request copies of government-issued identification, utility bills, and payment method ownership confirmation before approving a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and applies to all players without exception.

ce44 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request or to place a hold on funds where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, ce44 will notify the affected player and provide an opportunity to respond before any final decision is made.

• Players must not use ce44 as a payment processing facility. Depositing funds and withdrawing without placing genuine bets is prohibited.
• Chargebacks, reversals, or disputes filed with a payment provider in bad faith may result in immediate account closure and recovery of disputed amounts.
• ce44 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ce44 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and promotional credits to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time each offer is presented. The general bonus terms set out in this section apply to all ce44 promotions unless stated otherwise in the offer-specific conditions.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. ce44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. A bonus that has already been credited to a player's account and has commenced wagering will be governed by the terms in place at the time of crediting.

Players must opt in to specific promotions where opt-in is required. Bonuses not claimed within the validity window specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ce44 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. In cases of conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail.

General betting principles:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ce44 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred at ce44's discretion.
• ce44 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known to the player at the time the bet was placed (post-event betting).

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ce44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Amendments & Termination

Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

ce44 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if ce44 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or if continued operation of your account presents a legal or regulatory risk to ce44. In cases of termination for cause, ce44 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms, the ce44 Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Any failure by ce44 to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by ce44 in writing.
